Daily:If hopper fitted, check dust container and empty as required(ensure that dust container is never overfull). 每日：如果安裝了集塵斗，檢查集灰部分并按要求清空（確保儲灰器不會過滿）
If a rotary valve or a screw conveyor is fitted make sure that dust hopper has emptied. 如果安裝了旋轉(zhuǎn)閥或螺旋傳送機(jī)，要確認(rèn)集塵斗已清空。
Weekly:Measure the pressure differential. 每周：測量壓差。
Should a higher than normal differential pressure be experienced consult chapter “Fault Findings”. 如果有高于普通壓差參看“故障排查”。
Every 6 months: Inspect the clean air section of the filter to see if there is evidence of dust which could denote damage to the filtering medium.每6個(gè)月檢查收塵機(jī)的出口空氣部分是否有灰。這種灰塵說明濾芯可能有損壞。
1）檢查清潔空氣區(qū)排放。
2）檢查濾芯。
3）檢查外部法蘭聯(lián)結(jié)和密封。
4）確認(rèn)清理循環(huán)正確運(yùn)行。

1) inspect the clean air outlet zone.
2) check the cartridges
3) check the external clamps and seals
4) make sure that the cleaning cycle operates correctly
5) measure the pressure differential if possible
